By creating an account or using Comeback Betting (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What Comeback Betting is — and isn't
Comeback Betting is an informational and entertainment product that tracks live sports comebacks and sends optional alerts. It is not a sportsbook or gambling operator: it does not accept, place, or facilitate wagers, and it never holds, escrows, or pays out betting funds. The “I took this bet” ledger, unit figures, and any dollar amounts are self-reported and hypothetical — a personal record-keeping tool, nothing more. The only money involved is the optional subscription fee for personal alerts and The Lab, charged through our payment processor; you never place or settle a bet through Comeback Betting.
3. Not advice
Nothing on the Service is betting, gambling, financial, or investment advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. Odds, win probabilities, and “prime setups” are informational. Any decisions you make are your own.
4. Eligibility (21+)
You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to use a product of this kind where you live. You affirm your age when you register.
5. Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You may delete your account at any time from the account page.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no automated scraping or abuse, no attempts to break security or rate limits, no interfering with other users, no unlawful, infringing, or abusive content (including in a public username). We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Responsible gambling

8. Third-party data
Odds, scores, and schedules come from third-party feeds and are provided “as is.” They may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee their accuracy or availability.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information is accurate.
10. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
